Dear DOF,

The Corporation has acquired the cloud server and the payment was made
 From Tuesday April 1 to Sunday 6 April the service provider NextGen will 
configure the servers. On Monday 7 April to Wednesday 9 April will be 
the migration of Data to the cloud server. On these days the users will 
not have access to the the system.

To increase the access to the cash book the servers will be split into 
2. One server will be used by Head office and South and the other server 
will be used by North East and Centre.

It is my sincere hope that once the implementation all the changes we 
have been meeting will be history.
