I have been asked to submit an urgent report to the OPC today on the 
number of house maintenance tasks we have completed this month. Be it 
planned, responsive, or rehabilitation. The list must be verifiable (and 
not merely guesswork). Could you therefore provide this information by 
4.30pm today (1 April) so that I can consolidate and submit it to OPC by 
5pm. I thank you.
