water pipes that are affected with the proposed site for new access to the =
City Mall. In view of this, we are cordially inviting you to the stakeholde=
rs=E2=80=99 meeting that will be held on=0A=
<b>27<sup>th</sup> June 2024</b> at the site but initial meeting point is a=
t <b>Queens Mall</b>. Time is=0A=
<b>09:00 AM.</b> For ESCOM and Lilongwe City Council colleagues, we will ha=
ve another site visit at Express Filling Station where we have big trees an=
d electric poles to be removed to provide a room for the construction of th=
