I am referring to you this matter as, among the arguments advanced by =
the QSSM to be considered not to relocate to Lilongwe is that, =
management was already aware of the impending relocation at the time she =
was negotiating for the offer but did not inform her. Please note that =
her offer of employment was dated 3rd July 2023 and she accepted the =
same on 12th July 2023 where she indicated that she will report for =
duties on 14th August 2023. HRM may guide us as to when the negotiations =
were done but you will note on the attached letter re: Government =
directive that Management received it on 1st August 2023. The dates =
mentioned above may be required from your side, in case this matter may =
be taken to other quarters by herself should we not settle it to her =
satisfaction. This said, the directive from Government affected all =
staff of MHC.

In the meantime, Management will proceed to discuss with QSSM about the =
need for her to relocate to Lilongwe and we intend to hear from her as =
to when she is able to make alternative means. However your advise on =
this matter would be greatly appreciated as Management can not wait for =
longer than 2 or so months in order for her to make alternative means =
for the care of the child.
