Dear HRM,

Would you draft an addendum to the effect that declaration of assets by
individuals identified as public officers as per the Asset Declaration law
is part of the conditions of services.

As you might remember, the Parliamentary Committee responsible for Asset
Declaration asked MHC to have such a clause as part of our conditions of
service for all officials who are supposed to declare assets.
