On issue no. 2, the current status in point (a) talks of a proposed =
salary structure which was developed but in the proposed solutions =
column it is called "the current structure" as if making reference to =
the prevailing one hence the two columns are not corresponding otherwise =
one would say if it is the "current" then why seek Board =
approval...unless there's an indication that in Salima approval was =
given to start implementation of the new "proposed" structure in August =
as the K2.6m increase is negligible.

Lastly, for consistency and ease in knowing the challenge at hand on a =
particular issue I would propose that you maintain the style as in issue =
1 or 2 of indicating the challenge on the issue rather than just stating =
the issue in a title-like style e.g. "housing policy" plus issues 5, 6 =
and 8; but stating the challenge they have with the issue so that one =
without background info would at first glance appreciate the challenge =
and then get to know the current status and the proposed solution.
