Good morning CEO,

I would like to report that the total insurance premium arrears is
K88,141,209.26. The make-up is that K38,641,209.06 is for Guardian
Insurance Brokers (last year) and K49,500,000 for Thofu Insurance Brokers
(current year). Perhaps if we can pay the last year's arrears of
K38,641,209.06, the compensations may be processed.
