Dear DACS,

This order is more or less part of the same matter that is already being
handled by the external lawyer as one of the grounds in obtaining this
injunction is the on-going matter about legality of the strike.
Accordingly, it will only be proper that the external lawyer combines
handling this matter.

This is besides the other grounds like security for internal lawyers in
handling such sensitive employee cases.
