Good morning Sir,
I acknowledge receipt of your email, advancing agenda of JOINT VENTURE
TECHNICAL COMMITTE and I have the following to comment;
1. The proposal is quite pertinent and it has been long overdue, hence I
aproud the initiative, how I have the following to say.
2. It would be more ideal if one of the proposed ladies be replaced by
someone with QS background. In this regard, I would not hastate to
recommend Ethel Chisanthi to take position. This is very important because
a project of this magnitude, can not operate with QS on the ground.
3. I have note that In this proposal, you are creating position for 3 MHC
reps and another 3 would come from Henan. Thats in order, however allow me
to raise a red flag, that there is always going to be a tie if some issues,
if decision had to be made through voting, hence needing a tie breaker.
Therefore, I recommend that create a deliberate position to allow Board to
attend the meetings on rotational basis.
4. Finally, I would like to echo the idea of having site meeting on monthly
basis and the first must take place indeed this month end.
