Dear LSM,
Please note that the Allocations Committee has this morning deliberated on
the presentation by Management regarding the naming and shaming exercise
that was done a couple of weeks ago.
The Committee has requested that Legal should advise the Directors as to the
next steps following this exercise since the naming and shaming exercise has
likely not totally yielded the intended results. The Committee's request is
to what could be the legal way of closing the matter.
The report should be ready latest Tuesday 12th November 2024 so that it
should be included in the Committee's Chairperson's Report to the Board.
