the board scheduled for March 2024 in addition to the recurring issues

Recurring issues discussed.

1.       Revenue Collection for the active debtors, ground rent, inactive
debtors, plot sales and regularization of plots. 

2.       Know your customer update 

3.       Tenancy signing 

4.       Updating of records for the sake of naming and shaming
