I am writing in reference to the provision of TNM handsets to MHC. You
will recall that during the meeting that we had here at our offices (MHC
Officials, yourself and Mr Charles Ndembo), you promised to provide the
handsets within one month. Two months have elapsed since that meeting and
we have not yet received the handsets.
Please note that we are receiving pressure from members of staff to the
extent that they are claiming refund of the money they paid as top-up, so
that they should go to Airtel.
Our writing therefore is to inform you of this development and seeking your
advice on the way forward.
