Dear Counsel,

Thanks for the documents. We will go through them. I would like to request
you to get a surveyor, who, together with the surveyor we intend to
appoint,  will look at and interpret the deed plans that you sent together
with the deed of conveyance. Their task will be to translate the deed plans
on the ground to establish the extent of the encroachment if there is any.
The surveyors will have two weeks from 28th October 2024 to verify the
boundaries of your land as indicated on the deed plans. Thereafter, we will
arrange to meet and discuss their report.

By copy of this email, the SPADO is instructed to liaise with the Deputy
Director of Town Planning and Estates Services to procure the services of a
surveyor should there be such a need.

By copy of this email, Counsel Aisha Lourenco and Mr Felix Nyirenda are
hereby instructed to ensure that a stop notice is drafted in liaison with
the Deputy Director of Town Planning and Estates Services of Blantyre City
Council. They are further instructed to liaise with Inspector Malota and
have the stop notices served on the concerned developers at  Chiwembe by
end of business on Wednesday, 16 October 2024.
