In order for the Legal Office to provide advice on whether there's any
legal means which can be employed to recover the said debts, we would
request the office of the Estates Services Manager to provide us with the
following information:
1. The date on which each of the respective debts became due in order to
determine whether we can commence legal proceedings.
2. The current physical addresses of the debtors in order to enforce
recovery of the debts.
It would be appreciated if this information can be provided before Friday
this week to enable my office compile the report for the Board.

Please note that the Allocations Committee has this morning deliberated on
the presentation by Management regarding the naming and shaming exercise
that was done a couple of weeks ago.
The Committee has requested that Legal should advise the Directors as to
the next steps following this exercise since the naming and shaming
exercise has likely not totally yielded the intended results. The
Committee=E2=80=99s request is to what could be the legal way of closing th=
e
matter.
The report should be ready latest Tuesday 12th November 2024 so that it
should be included in the Committee=E2=80=99s Chairperson=E2=80=99s Report =
to the Board.
