Good Morning RMs

Would you kindly share allocation reports for the allocation of plots/
houses that have been done during the month of October November and December
24.

For plots allocation share the status of payment of development charges: the
report to include the following details- list of plots offered, the offer
amount, offer date, expiry date, amount paid and list of available plots and
when do we intend to allocate them. When and how much are we expected to
receive the remaining balance.

 

For house allocation share all houses allocated, houses that are vacant and
state the reason the houses are still not occupied. Advise the tentative
dates when the houses will be occupied.
