I would like to request management to approve
for temporally change of tenancy status for the above mentioned house which
I have been a sitting tenant since 2002.
I have secured a contract job with Supersink
petroleum based in Mchinji and the contract Will expire in June, 2026. I
would like my son, Maurice who has grown up in that house to temporarily
occupy the house in my absence. I will return to the house after the expiry
of the contract, however I will be responsible for all the obligations
required to the house.
I look forward to your favourable response in
the soonest possible time and continual cordial relationship which has been
developed over the years I have been occupying the house.
