Good morning, team
This serves as a reminder of submission of monthly report for the month of
July 2025 on the 5th of August 2025. In the reports you are requested to
attach the following
1. KYC-Number of customers that have been updated for house, ground and
development charges ( provide unedited PMS excel worksheets).
2. Provide closing balances as at 31 July 2025 for house, ground and
development charges( regularization and normal plots).
3. Number of tenants that have renewed Tenancy Agreements in the month
of July.
4. Billing report for the month of July and August 2025
We shall appreciate if the reporting date is adhered to and we are using the
excel reporting template to ease our reporting.
