Subject: Urgent: Immediate Action Required on Illegal Construction


Dear Mrs.  Mirriam Msapato,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate
attention an issue concerning an illegally constructed house on our
property at CM/1550 in Manja.

The house is being tightly constructed behind our back wall, between the
wall and the river, an area not meant for a house.

The construction is currently at window level and poses several critical
risks:


   1.

   No Access: The house has no proper access to the main road, which is a
   significant safety concern.
   2.

   Proximity to Perimeter Wall: The structure is built very close to our
   perimeter wall, which is at risk of falling due to this proximity.
   3.

   Flood Risk: The area where the house is located is prone to flooding
   during the rainy season, putting the structure at risk.


Given these concerns, we request an urgent response and immediate action to
address this situation. Please contact me if I can be of any assistance.
