*RE: REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION ON EVICTION AND COPIES OF PREVIOUS
CORRESPONDENCE =E2=80=93 HOUSE NO. CW377, CHITAWIRA*

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to formally request clarification regarding the recent
eviction from the house we occupied for over 20 years, House Number CW377,
located in Chitawira, Blantyre, under the Malawi Housing Corporation. At
the time of eviction, the tenancy was registered under the name *Anna
Mangunde*.

Prior to the eviction, we received several letters concerning this matter.
Unfortunately, these documents were misplaced, and we are therefore unable
to refer to their contents. I kindly request your office to provide the
reasons for the eviction and, if possible, to resend copies of the previous
correspondence for our reference and record.

Your assistance in helping us understand this matter will be greatly
appreciated. I look forward to your response at your earliest convenience.
